The wind that still races down through the gap at the Sloc and down the valley out to sea at Baie ny Carrickey, used to take the thatch of the small cottages in its wake. Even now, it has the power to shake the houses, making it hard to sleep. Annie wrote this original lullaby in response to such a stormy night.
